PC-60 1K Flip Controller is an effect regulator for metallic colors, developed to modify the orientation and perception of silver particles.

The addition of PC-60 makes the arrangement of aluminum/silver particles more open, changing the appearance of the color between face-on and side views. Specifically, the product can be used to achieve a lighter side tone, a darker face-on view, and a visually larger appearance of metallic particles.
