How to use it BEST
HOW TO USE YATU PERFECOAT PC-2000 HS CLEAR COAT KIT
Apply PC-2000 HS over the Matte Base after at least 15 minutes of flash-off at 20°C.
Mix the clear coat with PC-6621, PC-6622 or PC-6623 in the ratio:
2 : 1 by volume;
100 : 50 by weight.
Add 10–25% thinner.
Apply one medium and even coat over the entire surface.
Wait 5–10 minutes at 20°C.
Apply a second full and even coat.
Wait 15–20 minutes at 20°C before drying.
For IR drying, allow at least 5 minutes for flash-off. Complete curing occurs in approximately 10 minutes, and the surface temperature should not exceed 100°C.
