How to use it BEST
HOW TO USE YATU PERFECOAT 899 GLAMOUR CLEAR COAT
Apply PC-899 to the Matt Base after a minimum flash-off time of 15 minutes at 20°C.
Mix the clear coat with PC-8631, PC-8632 or PC-8633 in the ratio:
2 : 1 by volume;
100 : 50 by weight.
Add 10-30% thinner.
Apply one medium and uniform coat over the entire surface.
Wait 5-10 minutes at 20°C. When painting large surfaces, the interval can be minimal.
Apply a second full and uniform coat.
After the last coat, wait 15-20 minutes at 20°C before drying at 60°C.
For IR drying, allow at least 5 minutes for flash-off. Complete curing takes approximately 10 minutes and the surface temperature must not exceed 100°C.
